Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Each return or exchange request will be handled individually. If approved, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the item in new condition.

Please note that return or exchange services are available only to the original purchaser of the product.

If there are any issues with your order or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
